PSL88 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

By accessing the PSL88 website, mobile app or any other platform service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PSL88. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of PSL88, regardless of how they access the platform — whether through the website on a desktop browser, the Android APK app, the iOS app, or any mobile browser. All the same rules apply across all access methods.

To register and use PSL88, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PSL88 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to anyone under 18.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party or as part of any commercial arrangement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not already hold another active PSL88 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from PSL88 or any related service.

PSL88 reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to satisfy verification requests may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

When you register with PSL88, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth, contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. You must keep this information up to date. PSL88 is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username and password. Do not share your password with any other person. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, you must contact PSL88 support immediately.

PSL88 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been carried out by you unless you have notified us of unauthorised access. You are liable for all activity on your account including bets placed and funds deposited or withdrawn.

All deposits on PSL88 are made in PKR (Pakistan Rupee). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and bank cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and PSL88 does not guarantee that all methods will be available at all times.

You must only deposit funds using a payment method that belongs to you. Depositing using a payment account that belongs to someone else — even a family member — is not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. These are displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of deposit. PSL88 reserves the right to change deposit limits at any time.

PSL88 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of those respective services. Any charges applied by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the account holder.

Withdrawals from your PSL88 account are processed in PKR. You may withdraw to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your registered bank account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the details on your PSL88 account.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of your request. PSL88 aims to process withdrawals promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. Bank transfers may take longer than mobile wallet withdrawals under normal conditions.

PSL88 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where account verification has not yet been completed. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing. Providing the requested documentation promptly will help avoid delays.

All sports bets placed on PSL88 — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL) T20 matches, international cricket, football, esports and any other markets — are governed by the specific betting rules for each sport and market. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the case of live in-play betting, odds are subject to change in real time and the odds at the moment your bet is accepted are the ones that apply. PSL88 is not responsible for any perceived discrepancy between odds displayed and odds accepted due to network latency on the user's side.

• Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• PSL88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including obvious pricing errors — and to refund the stake to the account.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed, the applicable rules for that market will determine whether bets stand or are voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market and are displayed within the sportsbook.
• PSL88 reserves the right to limit the staking amounts available to individual accounts at its discretion.

Decisions made by PSL88 regarding the settlement of bets are final. In the case of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, the outcome determined by PSL88's internal review is binding.

PSL88's casino and slots products — including live dealer games, table games and slot titles — are provided by third-party game suppliers integrated into the PSL88 platform. The rules for each individual game are determined by the game supplier and are displayed within the game interface. By launching and playing any casino or slots game, you accept the rules of that game.

All casino and slots games on PSL88 use random number generation (RNG) or live dealer outcomes that are outside the control of PSL88. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes. PSL88 does not guarantee any specific return or outcome from any game.

In the unlikely event of a technical failure during a casino or slots session — including disconnection, game crash or system error — PSL88 will endeavour to reconstruct the game session from available logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned. PSL88's decision in these situations is final.

PSL88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from bonus funds.

The specific terms of each bonus or promotion are communicated at the time the offer is made and should be read carefully before opting in. General bonus terms that apply across all PSL88 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only — one bonus per person, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• PSL88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• PSL88 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PSL88 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on PSL88.
• Using someone else's identity or payment details to register or transact on the platform.
• Any form of match-fixing, collusion, insider knowledge betting or other fraudulent activity in connection with sports bets placed on PSL88.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the PSL88 platform for financial gain.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or other tool to interact with PSL88 in ways not intended for normal human use.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using PSL88 accounts to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions — including using multiple accounts, VPNs or other methods to claim offers more than once.
• Making threats, engaging in harassment or using abusive language towards PSL88 staff or other users.

PSL88 cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating fraudulent or criminal activity. Any funds identified as being associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited.

PSL88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or has engaged in any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise harmful conduct.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, PSL88 will conduct an investigation. The account holder may be asked to provide documentation to assist with this review. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Account holders may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting PSL88 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any genuine funds remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

PSL88 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions or technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, PSL88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from betting outcomes, casino game results, technical failures, or delays in processing deposits or withdrawals.

PSL88 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transactions and platform use. The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by the PSL88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
